My program begins with 6 weeks of
personal coaching and support.
You will answer a list of my detailed questions so that I can
develop a meal plan specifically for you.
Through a few phone calls per week, daily emails, or a
combination of both, we will implement and fine-tune the meal
plan, creating the perfect dietary lifestyle for your body and
your needs.
This is not a diet, but a way to become healthier and foster a
new, happy, and fulfilling relationship with food. You will lose
weight and feel better about yourself and your body!
I offer constant help, support, and encouragement throughout the
entire process.
