In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.

Serve as a dip for chips, as a side salad, or over spooned over brown rice.

 Blend on high speed for 1 minute.

Avocado Summer Salad

In a large bowl add onion, garlic, avocado, oil, salt and lemon. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Add lettuce and toss well. Add more oil and salt, if needed.

Top salad with sliced radishes, if desired.

Mango Breakfast Crumble

Set mangos aside in a bowl.

To a food processor add pecans, dates, flax, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pulse a few times until mixture takes on a crumbly texture. Taste. Add agave nectar if desired.

Spoon over mangos and enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack.
