Learn more about transitioning to a gluten free diet

Whether you are transitioning to a gluten free diet, or perhaps questioning whether or not you should be on one, the process can be more than manageable. I myself have been on a gluten-free diet already for a number of years. It's not for everyone. Should you have no allergy or sensitivity to wheat or gluten, there are many products of outstanding nutritional value you should not shun. Whole wheat berries, for example (a gluten grain from which we make whole wheat flour and bread), has protein, fiber, and over 70 antioxidants!

But, if you are in the growing number of our population who are increasingly experiencing digestive issues (including gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, stomach or intestinal pain) a gluten free (or wheat free) diet may be of the utmost help and importance.

Often, when it's discovered that a gluten free diet is necessary, people feel overwhelmed and frightened. Feelings of, I just can't do it, or it doesn't seem possible that I can give up bread and pasta, completely take over.

In fact, transitioning away from gluten is rather easy. And with just one consultation or health food store tour you may find yourself feeling a whole lot better. I make the process more than just manageable.
